Today, We do Practical cooking day 4. Today, we come early because we try make it the Croissant and today added 2 item " Danish & Chocolatte Croissant".
After the Lecture come, we oneline first and give a jobs for all groups. Today, my group get Orange Lemon Tart Recipe. But today, i divide the jobs for my groups because mt partner on duty for personal cooking today. And other make it the bread and i make it the Tart.
In between jobs, Chef give it instruction for saw the showing Apple Strudle and "Pisang Molen Bandung", but, we use king Bananas because hard to find Honey Bananas for Sulawesi Island, especially Makassar City.
