Today, we do practical to make pastry and bakery. Today, i get turn to make it bakery " Croissant". Before practic, first, we do a presentation one of the ingredients. And then we started to practical today.
After the lecture give a direct to started practical today, we devide our working area. I get working area in classroom.
After practical today finish, we do General cleaning and Anak Bangsa.
